Dr. Yael Lapidot-Raz is a senior lecturer of organizational behavior and holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Faculty of Management at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She received her M.Sc. and B.A from Tel-Aviv university.

At COLMAN’s Faculty of Business, Yael has served as Associate Dean of Student Affairs, Head of the Management and Organizational studies Department, Associate Dean.

Yael has published articles on leadership and trust in Israeli and International professional journals. Furthermore, she has extensive hands-on experience in organizational consulting and business and is the co-founder of Blat Lapidot Consulting and Change Management, which advises companies on management training and change management.
