Dr. Eliav Menache serves as the Graduation Projects Manager and the Head of Full Stack Development program in the Computer Science department in the College of Management Academic Studies. In addition, Eliav is a lecturer in the fields of Communication Networks, Mobile Systems Development and Operating Systems. Eliav holds a Post-Doctoral (2015), a PhD (2014) and a M.Sc (2009) in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and B.Sc. in Communication Systems Engineering, Ben-Gurion University (2000).

Eliav has more than 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry as a senior programmer, team & group leader, CTO in the fields of Mobile systems, networks and databases.

Research Interests: Energy Efficient Vehicles, Networks and Networks security, Machine Learning, Aviation related applications, Aircrafts noise models.
