Dr. Shay Horovitz is head of Data Science specialization of the Computer Science School of the College of Management Academic Studies. In addition, Shay is a senior lecturer of Computer Science courses and a researcher in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Data Science.

Shay holds a PhD in Computer Science from Hebrew University (2011, Direct Track), MSc in Computer Science from Hebrew University (2006, as part of the PhD direct track) and BSc in Computer Science & Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University (2002).

Shay has over 25 years of experience, including founding startup companies, consulting to High Tech companies in the fields of Machine/Deep Learning and Algorithms in various companies as Huawei (Toga Networks), Splitty Travel, iMesh.

Research interests: Behavioral aspects in systems, services and applications using Data Science algorithms utilizing Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
