Dr. Eliahu Khalastchi is a Senior Lecturer and Artificial Intelligence Researcher in the Computer Science department in the College of Management Academic Studies. He holds a Ph.D. in Software and Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University (2015), M.Sc., summa cum laude, in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University (2010), and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University (2008).
Eliahu serves as a Lecturer since 2010 in the College of Management Academic Studies, and as an Adjunct Lecturer in Bar-Ilan University. During this time Eliahu has headed many CS courses, including; Anomaly Detection, Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computer Structure, and Programming Courses in all levels.
Eliahu is a pioneer of online courses, member of the teaching committee and served as a coordinator of Computer Science Subjects. In 2019/20 Eliahu also served as the Head Coach of National Team of Israel in the Computer Science Olympics (IOI).
Eliahu’s research interests are Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Agents and Unmanned Vehicles, Anomaly / Fault Detection and Diagnosis with Hybrid Data-Driven and Model-Based Approaches.
