Dr. Hila Sharon-David is a researcher and lecturer in sport and exercise psychology, driven by a deep curiosity about how movement can enrich our lives. Her research explores physical activity and mental health, including stress and anxiety reduction, attention and concentration, and women’s body image across life stages. She examines how our surroundings and inner experiences shape motivation and exercise adherence, and how mindful movement can nurture mind–body connection across diverse populations.
Alongside her research, she offers therapeutic consultation through a humanistic approach that brings together movement and emotional dialogue, and supports health promotion in organizations and institutions. A mother of two, she loves turning everyday experiences into research questions and opportunities for growth and meaningful impact.
