Prof. Giladi holds a BA in Physics and an MSc in Biomedical Engineering, both from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, a PhD in Information Systems, and an LLB in law both from Tel-Aviv University.
He is a fellow of the European Alliance for Innovation (EAI) and serves as the Vice Editor of the Journal of Telecommunication Systems. He chaired the Department of Communication Systems Engineering and acted as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences of Ben-Gurion University. He is a retired Associate Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering School at Ben-Gurion University.
He has published numerous books, articles, and conference papers, with his recent work focusing on network processors and aircraft noise. In addition to his academic roles, Prof. Giladi was a venture partner in an international venture capital firm. He has been an entrepreneur and served as CEO of several high-tech companies. In his free time, he is a pilot and has constructed his own Light-Sport aircraft.
