Mr. Shimon Packer, MBA, serves as the International Programs Manager at the College of Management Academic Studies (COLMAN) and as a lecturer at its Faculty of Business Administration.

Shimon’s areas of interest include International Business, Business Ethics, and Sustainable and Impact Entrepreneurship. Previously, he served as the Outreach Working Group Lead at UNITE2030, a UN-affiliated organization supporting the Sustainable Development Goals, where he coordinated activities for 16,000 activists across 170 countries to accelerate action on global challenges.

He holds a BA in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy from Reichman University, with a specialization in Counter-Terrorism Studies, and was a Fellow of the Public Diplomacy Program. He also earned an MBA specializing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from COLMAN.

Shimon has worked in the Prime Minister’s Office, organized TEDxIDCHerzliya, and is a Captain in Reserves. In addition to his current role, he serves as Deputy Chairman of the Israeli Model UN Association (IMUNA). He is also a triathlete and chess enthusiast, passionate about fostering cross-border cooperation and advancing innovative solutions to global challenges.
